Horrible. Don't waste your time booking with them. I booked my trip two days in advance using their smart phone app, and I called to reconfirm the day before. The morning of my flight, the car just never showed. My booking mysteriously disappeared from the app. When I called dispatch, the first pre-recorded message says, "Based on your phone number, we see that you recently booked with us. We are trying to find the closest driver in your area." However, when I actually spoke to a person, he could not find my reservation, and he offered no consolation other than, "I don't even have any cars in that area this morning."

My only reason for booking with them was the reliability of pre-booking a cab. What a joke!

Tonight at around 6:57 one of your drivers pulled out in front of me and two other cars driving recklessly and putting my life and others in danger.  Weaving in and out of traffic going over the speed limit this driver proceeded to pull out in front of another car turning left on prospect.  You should be ashamed that you condone this action and had he have hit me I would have sued your pants off.  You should fire this driver and not allow him to run a taxi for your company and if you don’t you should be ashamed.  His cab number looked to be 507, it was dark so I can’t get good readings from my camera.  Oh did I mention I have dash cam footage of this reckless driving?  Never will use your cab service or recommend it, you are a danger to society.

Called an hour in advance for a cab and no one ever showed up or gave me a call to let me they were outside.

I’ve been waiting for an hour, dispatch is very rude. Notified company that I have to get my 5 year old son off the school bus and they abruptly yelled and hung up.

I wish I could have selected NO STARS!!! Waited over an hour for a cab because the dispatcher “had to divert the cab to take care of another group” I guess my needing a cab was less important than theirs! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!
