Despite being a customer for over 15 years this (new) people "want to do things by the book" What happened to getting to know your customers, every time I need something I must show 2 types of ID, you think they will remember you or at least try! Lucky for me  I bank at 4 different locations and all other 3 are fenomenal in customer service. I won't recomend you go to this branch unless you're using the ATM.

The people are nice but very deceiving misleading and give out incorrect information this connects with the Suntrust customer service center, when they are packed or don't want to handle a problem the branch just sends you to a phone number where you wait on the phone then they tell you to go back to the branch it's back and forth very time consuming and frustrating. It has been the most annoying experience I've ever received at any branch. They don't seem happy to do tasks unless they benefit themselves or it's easy. Go to a different bank!!
