Awesome customer service friendly and knowledgeable staff always been a great help. As a small business person I recommend this bank to everyone

many bill pay payments that never arrived creating late fees.....  payments showing up late after I was closing the account (weeks after sent) and then deposited, overdrafting.  In one case charged me twice for the same check.  Non-responsive.  Technology is horrible and systems are ridiculous to use.  Complacent people who twice messed up my check order, and never gave me my fob to be able to send wires after 3-4 requests.
