This place is horrible. I shipped in my ATM cash dispenser paid $264 Plus fed ex shipping so close to $300. They ship it back to me and it's still not working I ship it back with the mother board like they asked me to, got it back still not working. I took it in personally 1 hour drive for them to take a look at the whole machine they then told me it wasn't my cash dispenser but a wire that was damaged and charged me $75 to take a look at my machine which I didn't find fair because I had already paid $300 okay even then I was so fed up with the back and fourth I was willing to pay them to get my machine up and running then they added another $75 for the wire I agreed, then he sent me a text saying there was a $36 installation fee which really bugged me I think the proper way to do business is from the beginning stating everything that is wrong and giving the customer a COMPLETE price because he made me feel like I was agreeing to pay he was just adding more and more. MY EXACT WORDS were okay that fine just make sure my machine is up and running perfectly I went to pick it up and when I came back to my business the screen was off I couldn't see none of the right side options before I dropped it off it was fine I have pictures because I was taking pictures of the error code. I then called him back and all he could say is that thats how it was when it got there which is the biggest lie I HAVE PICTURES then said if I wanted it fixed it would be once again $75 to take a look at it if it was a software update it would be $99 if I needed to replace the screen it would be $75 more THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DON'T GO HERE. WASTE OF MONEY FOR HALF AS WORK

The company is really good, however the problem is the technicalsworking there. Some of technicians are non experienced. If you have a problem blame the technician . Fred
