People working there should remember that unemployed people are "PEOPLE". Some workers are extremely rude and forget that unemployed people are the reason they are employed in the first place. Losing a job is stressful enough and people being paid to help others in distress should not inflict more pain. The manager of this site should be more vigilant and should teach his employees manners and should certainly not tolerate this kind of animosity. People with no compassion should not be in human services.

Terrible place they treat you like crap with unemployment benefits assistants (like i asked to be laid off). i dont know why they're so mad i paid into it while i was employed , im entitled to my money.

the person that was there to help me with claim was very demeaning to me talked down to me and had an attidude about helping. very unhappy with her demeanor
