Worst courthouse in the state! Very unprofessional and very unkind to children (2years old) will kick them out in the cold even if they are behaved! And if you are a single parent your basically screwed if you don't have help because they will still count you as absent even knowing they kicked you out due to lack of childcare and tell you to come back when you don't have your children. So now you have to risk your safety and theirs because of them.No compassion it's all business and money there they have no souls. I have seen better courthouses with compassion for parents who can't afford child care or have the help of family and friends and this isn't it. Good luck having to come here for anything it will take you forever while they hang out with their associated money hunger humans with no souls while you are trying to fix yourself.

Unprofessional staff that can't do their jobs correctly. Magistrate told me he handles over 100 cases a week but remembered mine and that he handed me paperwork that he never gave me, but when I told him that the cop did not have his window open to be able to use his lidar correctly he told me how could I remember that? There is no justice given all they care about is making money.

Went for a traffic ticket, called to let them know I was going to be late because I live over an hour away and I was on hold at the clinic I go to, the magistrate was rude! He told me my fine was reduced to $80 from $255 I was ok with that so I didn't appeal it to the higher courts, they never gave me any paperwork on how to pay it so I called them to ask how I paid it, they gave me a # to call and when I called they told me my ticket was $155.00 which is not what I was told. After speaking to the magistrate who again was so rude he told me oh I told you I was reducing the fine to 80 mph and your fine was $155 I told him that had he said that I would have appealed it to a judge because they did not get my speed accurately ( the state cop used lidar from inside his vehicle at an angle which is not how the are supposed to be used,) the state cop agreed that I was right about that when I spoke to him on the phone he called me a liar and said that he gave me the paperwork which he never did and said there isn't anything you can do about it now you have to pay it! And basically called me a junkie then hung up on me. He was so ignorant I have been clean for over 6 months and he was the one who lied, he said I do over 30 of those a day I remember your case.... that's funny because if you do soo many a day how would you remember mine out of all of the others?! You would not! Mind you I had pneumonia the day I went with a fever the sheriff who worked the door told me that I should not have even been there that I should be in bed because of how bad I was coughing and was having trouble breathing. To top it all off they sent my court date to the WRONG ADDRESS ( the correct address was on the ticket as well as my license, I had updated it with the DMV 3 months prior) worst experience ever and as for the clerk magistrate he was uneducated, arrogant, and rude! He should be flipping burgers at Burger King not determining if someone is at fault for a traffic violation that was given incorrectly due to an officer misusing his speed detection equipment! 0 stars if I could

they didnt bother to check to see if my ex was lying about his record and he was directly affecting the case. They just didnt care. and when i asked for the transcripts..took three months and still not here. Horrible. there is ZERO justice for any woman in Massachusetts. They just dont really care who gets hurt. they only care about the high profile cases that get their names in the paper
