The entire child support division of the Attorney General's Office needs to be done away with and put the cases back in the hands of local district clerks' offices, local district courts, and assign some police officers to handle nothing but cases that need to enforced.The attorneys who work in child support division do not see anyone as human...just as a cause number. I despised dealing with them even though I was NEVER behind on child support and never needed enforcement action against me. I was a dad capable and willing to do my responsibilities but was still harassed by them. But the deadbeats...well they were not bothered by them.

I cannot get a hold of a live person. My ex sister in law unknowingly put my child on her Medicaid and now they are coming after me for child support. Ridiculous.

This place is a joke. They don't enforce the other parent to pay child support like they say they do. They don't return calls, nor do they send out the papers after a court hearing like they should. I have been waiting five months to get these papers and still haven't gotten them.

I'm always forwarded to the 800 # I can't ever speak to anyone in office I need to speak to my case worker!! Frustrating to say the least
