Multiple times I stood at my driveway waiting on a IMPORTANT One day shipping package just for the tracking to say that no one was home and they left a note. No note and someone was definitely home. no one helpful at the local post office. Sorry this place sucks

I am currently waiting on a package that I spent $80 on. I was told it was delivered to my front porch November 9th, it's now November 14th and still NOTHING! I reported it to the Post office yesterday and was told to leave my number and they'd get back to me if they found out anything. Called today to report it's still not here although my father received his package that was missing for 2 days also and was told it arrived last night but NOBODY ANSWERED!! I was on the line for an hour! This place it ridiculous and obviously does not care!

I have had multiple issues with this office including problems with a package not being delivered because I wasn't home to sign for it, but instead of leaving it at my local post office, they sent it back to Houston or California or something and it was a whole week of phone calls and trying to track it down before it finally got to me. There have been multiple times when my husband has found large packages crammed into our mailbox because the postal worker didn't want to walk to our door and now the mailbox door doesn't really stay shut. He left a note asking them not to do this but the note was removed and large packages continue to be stuffed in the box. The latest issue is that there is no way to contact this office directly about an issue regarding local services but if I call the 800 number they won't resolve local issues and refer me back to this office. So it seems like it would make a lot of sense for them to have their own phone number. And also, if they cared at all about customer service, that would be great as well.

Horrible service. Cant deliver mail properly and even when asked to call them back they don't answer. Going on 2 hours trying to get a-hold of them . During open hours. Never pay for rush shipping if its gonna go through here. Edit: going on 4 hours of trying to contact them.....
