I had a good experience here. Bought two rifles and two pistols, plus several boxes of ammo. Salesman and clerk were both competent and professional, if a little cold (but the majority of people in the store were cops, in uniform, which had the majority of the workers attention - which is cool, common sense says you cater to your core customer more than a one-time customer who just showed up.) But like I said, the salesman went out of his way to find a pair of pistols that were the same make/model, made sure I had the ammo I needed, and was respectful even though I was clearly not a hard-core gun enthusiast.

Chuck has horrible people skills. Customer service here isn't the greatest.

Visit was ok just seems the staff shows certain customers special treatment when it comes to familiarize customers with weapons other than that great.

These people are very knowledgeable. When I purchase a gun I go to them. When I order something I have it sent to them. I've known Chuck and Kieth for close to 4 yrs know and enjoy dealing with them. Even the gun range is pretty awesome.
