The service was helpful but the products didn't quite hold up. I bought sprinkles, a banner, and balloons for my sister's bachelorette party. Everything was fine except the balloons. When I took them to a party store to get blown up they exploded when they reached the size of baseballs. We tried to blow them up by mouth with the same result. Prior to exploding they were lopsided as the latex had clearly started to break down from age. When I asked an employee about this during a chance meeting she explained to me they're not meant to be blown up with helium. First off, what kinds of balloons aren't meant to be blown up with helium if they're made of regular latex and why did the non helium filled ones explode? I understand an all sales final policy but selling products past their expiration date is bull. Take your business to eastlake instead.
