These folks are far too incompetent to sell firearms, and make up their own rules about purchases. If you want to buy a gun, go pretty much ANYWHERE else, even if you have to pay a few dollars more....or, expect to deal with ignorance from a sales staff that doesn't have a clue about the products they sell, or the procedures involved in selling them.

I love Atwoods they have all the animal food I need I one place. A wide selection at that! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to go for sure! They have lots of fun stuff to look at and baby chick's and rabbits alot of the time!

If you know what you are looking for then go ahead. If not, go somewhere else. The people here seem to know very little about anything and especially their sales. For example, i went in to buy some ammo cans that they had on sale for 4 bucks a piece. When I got to the register,  they rang up on the register as 7 bucks a piece. Even though I had plenty of money i commented and said that they are 4 bucks a pop and the total was wrong. The girl, who was by herself at all the registers, looked confused and started going through the ad paper I had. After she saw the ammo cans in the paper, she tried to go into the system and redo them. It would let her undo and change prices on the weed spray and fertilizer I was getting but not the ammo cans, frustrated she calls the manager and after about 10 minutes she finally shows up and re does them. Thanking her, I noticed the man behind me had about 8 of these ammo cans. So i decided to wait and look through the ad and see if his rang up 4 bucks. After he checked out, I stopped him and asked how much they were, he looks at the recent and sure enough, they rang up 7 bucks a piece. Long story short he had to battle the manager about why she wouldn't change the prices in the system and how she had probably been ripping people off all day because it was about 6pm when it happened.

On Saturday may 1st 2017, I visited your Owasso, OK location to purchase some pneumatic wheel casters. After  installing them on Sunday May 2nd around 3:15 I successfully inflated 3 of the 4 tires. The 4th tire was defective. It was something as simple as a pinched tube. I went to the Broken Arrow, OK location because it is closer to my house.  I brought the complete defective tire/caster with me for just a simple exchange for one in working condition. The clerk called over a woman by the name of Lisa.

Lisa informed me that all returns and exchanges required a receipt. I asked her if she could just call the other location to verify the purchase, rather than forcing me to drive 23 miles and about 30 minutes of my time for proof that I did in fact purchase a defective product. 
She told me that “they” are told from “high up” to enforce this policy of yours.
She further explained to me that if she accepted this exchange she would be “written up”.
So I drove the distance for a receipt, then drove to my residence and then back to the location to make a full refund of all 4 tires. If I am going to be treated like this, I do not want you to have my business. 

When I did drive all the way back to Owasso, Jeanie was deeply apologetic for my inconvenience of dealing with this because I was sold a defective product and that I was being treated this way.

On my return visit to the Broken Arrow location Marie just glanced at the receipt and promptly gave me a full refund. She offered the receipt back to me, but I had already made a copy for my records.

Time wasted from being turned down for an exchange:
                                                       2.5 hours
Savings from purchasing 10” pneumatic casters from a competitor:	                         	$29.82

If there were negative stars to rate I'd give them a  -5 .   If You need help or have questions on specific products sold at atwoods I would refer you to the one in Coweta.
