If you need work done to your house hire a contractor. This company can take months to start a project. My roof was paid for in early July and the work was started at the end of October. A whole day was lost because I had to argue my case for the Lowe's to do part of the job that was specified on my Project proposal but not the contract, even though the quoted price was the same and already paid for. I don't appreciate wasting hours of my time arguing over hidden costs. They eventually gave in and paid but half my day was wasted. I can't recommend them for home improvements and will not use this company again.

LOWE's APP!!! To all those who whine about not being able to find any associates to help you, take a moment of your life, download the LOWE's APP, set a store, start your searches with typical keywords, use the sort & filter functions and don't forget to press the heart icon to save that item to your QUICKLIST. When you get to the store, go to your quicklist, select your item(s), noting the aisle & bay numbers (or simply press the aisle/bay numbers which will bring up a map of where they are in that store. Pay attention to whether your selected item(s) is/are in stock. If not, select another store. If you still can't locate your item(s), also learn NOT to go when you know that everyone else is going to be there. THINK SMARTER, then BE SMARTER. Learn to use your smart phone for something other than playing games, taking selfies and texting while driving. Lastly, get a MYLOWE's card. That thing will store all of your receipts in one place...SIMPLIFIED! This store RULES! I've been shopping here for almost 4 years and the customers are the biggest problem...speaking as a reformed PITA customer.

It's in Broken Arrow and I try to avoid shopping in BA whenever possible for obvious reasons. This Lowe's is better stocked than most in the southeast Tulsa area except for today.

Good for anything you might need for basically doing anything by hand, id still buy my appliances from an appliance store though.
