I will never use this realestate company again, i just moved in less than a week ago and have had problem after problem with this company.  Every single appliance in the kitchen was corrupted, faucets broken, dirty garbage disposal & the entire house had to be cleaned from top to bottom. After being told everything was working and up to date i walked into a wrecked home. I have spent more time being umhappy moving into a new place instead of being happy for moving into my own home. I will never recommend this company to anyone i know. It has caused discomfort knowing that i have 11 months left with this type of company. Please BE AWARE.

My overall experience with ATX Property Management was excellent! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous to all my needs as well kept it professional through the entire process. The maintenance team took care of every need in a timely manner, handling any issue i had, which will have me wanting to renew my lease when this one expires. We love our apartment and ATX management are so prompt and helpful! my only suggestion would be to think about adding washer and dryers in the apartments if it wasn't to costly but other than that everything has been absolutely wonderful! Thank you, hope this has been help to the next person.

I called two days in a row inquiring about a property in my neighborhood. I got a text response finally saying that that property was already leased out. If they had actually called me back they would've learned I was also looking for a management company. However , their lack of communication and proptness cost them a potential customer.
