We were working with Bobby Baylor and are very happy with the experience. He was always available to show us multiple houses and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. We were able to find a home with love within 2 months. Definitely recommend UP Realty and Bobby!

John Blamey was incredible, This was by far the best experience I've had when looking for a new home, he went above and beyond for me and my family. He was always professional and courteous. I never once felt pressured. Looking for a new home can be very stressful and John really helped alleviate much of the stress. I highly recommend him!!!

Where do I start on this review?! I cannot tell you enough how much we LOVED Bobby and all the wonderful help he provided us. We were looking for a home that met unique requirements and with his help we were able to customize the home we bought to exceed those requirements. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive and was able to work around our crazy schedule. My husband wasn’t always available during various parts of the building process and Bobby was able to step in and help answer any concerns that I had. 
Not only did he help us find our new home but he also helped get our old home on the market. He gave us a list of things that needed to be fixed/updated, a market analysis of homes in our neighborhood so that we understood what the value of our home. With his assistance we had someone ready to move it within 2 weeks of the post going live. Seriously, Up Realty is lucky to have someone who is so good at what he does. 

It was wonderful to be able to trust my realtor 100% during that process. I am a worry wart and he was able to make me feel at ease from beginning to end. We have been in our home 2 months now and have had our rental property rented out for 1 month now and we still get an occasional email from him seeing how we are doing.  If and when we move again, Bobby will be who we will be calling and you should too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with John, throughout the entire course he went the extra mile for me.  He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working.  He takes the time to listen and understand your wants and needs. I highly recommend John Blamey for all your realtor needs.

I used John Blamey to locate a larger place to rent with a backyard.  He gave me fantastic options and was flexible when it came to showing me various places.   I would, without a doubt, use him again!
