The food is SO GOOD!!!! My grandmother was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and my mom and I ate here every day. In fact the food is so good that the 12 vegetable soup even got my grandmother's appetite back when she wasn't eating anything and nothing was appealing to her(we couldn't get her to eat anything). She would eat some oysterettes after that. It is so much better than what I would expect from "hospital cafeteria food".  When she was re-hospitalized(twice) every day after seeing her my mom and I would go down to Au Bon Pain and get something to eat. My mom said that I had an Au Bon Pain addiction(she wasn't totally wrong) I either got a country grilled cheese(hold the tomato) or a 2 egg & cheddar on a ciabatta. I would also get a chewy marshmallow bar(it's essentially a Rice Krispies treat, slightly softer and with more marshmallows).

Wow what a nightmare! I applied for a job here and was called for an interview, I missed the call but called back within 30 seconds to then be answered by a very rude hello and a heavy sigh. I told her someone called me from this number I think to come in for an interview. She was rude and said whoever it was will call back. I was called back later by a man asking if i can come in for an interview the next day(Tuesday) I politely explained I'm not available Tuesdays (which was mentioned on my application)So we arranged for Wednesday at 8am. Unfortunately I had a very serious family emergency and called to reschedule if possible. Although he could have simply said no and that would've been the end of it,he was very snotty, rude and sarcastic and said he already made an exception for me because I couldn't come the day before(even though it was clear on the application that I WASN'T AVAILABLE!!) Long story short this place disgusts me and I'm telling everyone I can not to give this place a single penny let alone apply here. And yes, I will be writing a formal complaint.

The manger is the worst  I purchased something from the bakery and it tasted like bleach. We first told the cashier and he said talk to the manager. Then the girl that was cleaning with a spray bottle she had an attitude she said so throw it out. I asked to speak to the manager and the manger started cursing and asked another coustomer to try it mind you it was bitten. I would like the district manager to please get in touch with me before I take this to a higher authority like the department of health. Turns out the bakery item was socked with bleach and I became sick I am now in the hospital.

Fast food quality charging real food prices. Everyone is extremely slow. That said, it is better quality than the abysmal cafeteria one floor below.
