Had a hot chicken sandwich that I thought wasn't prepared well and a shake that was basically water and Peter came in and in the nicest most helpful way possible offered to remake both without me even asking.  He made my experience so well that I'm leaving this comment as 5 stars because of the customer service making sure my meal was great.  Thanks Peter!!

I was excited to be visiting shake shack and taste their famous cheese fries. I ordered 2 shack burgers with cheese and 2 cheese fries to-go along with my burgers. To my dismay, I opened up my to-go cheese container for my cheese fries and I was incredibly disappointed. I understand that they use the highest quality of ingredients, but you don't have to be so stingy  about your portions. I was frustrated by this experience so much that if I ever decide to go back (which I probably won't) I'm going to have to double check my bag to make sure there's enough cheese in my container to justify the one dollar up charge.

I was going to the bagel store next door but when I saw the Shake Shack I figured something new so I'll try it. I got up to the menu and felt the prices were expensive ($5.49 for a shake) but what the heck, I'll try it anyway and hopefully I get what I pay for. I got up to the counter and Charlie was very courteous and greeted me with a smile. He must have seen my eyes wide open as I checked out the menu and asked me if everything was okay and if I was ready to order and I said yes and I can't wait to taste the food because it's very expensive so I'm expecting quality.  He asked the manager to come over and said that we have a customer who is concerned about the quality and he immediately gave me a complimentary lunch! I told him I promise I'm not complaining it's just that it seemed pretty expensive. My meal would have came out to over $15. I thought that was very nice of them and they said all they want is my opinion once we're done. Well, the Sheikh was great although I would have liked it a little thicker just personal preference, the burger was very tasty and I'm a sucker for potato bread so check on that, the tomatoes were the smaller sweeter Tomatoes so why was fine with that and the lettuce was a little sliver so I told him I wish there would have been a little bigger piece of lettuce. The burger was a small size burger like a junior cheeseburger at Burger King. I expected a bigger Burger. The fries were good but I felt I got the bottom of the bunch because they were little Nubs but they were not too salty and not too bland. They put cheese on it and half way through eating them the cheese was gone so I told them they should put a little more cheese on it because another customer complains about the same thing while I was talking to him. Overall, not impressed and since this area is full of Doctors that come over here for lunch they should be fine. The cows were not tortured in the making of these Burgers according to Charlie and the potatoes may not have been tortured or bruised one being pulled out of the ground. LOL that was me. It was good but not somewhere I would go all the time. Sorry for the book but I wanted you to really get a gist of my experience. Enjoy!

I went to shake shack during my lunch break and the manager Philip was friendly and attentive. He asked if everything was ok and if we were satisfied and we were joking with him.  He made is feel welcome and we were very happy with the service. I recommend this location!

Great service and never had a problem with the delicious and bad-for-you-but-so-good food at the location.

It's quieter than nearby locations, sometimes a wait for the food but that's part of the experience.
