Would have expected more from Au Bon Pain! 

If the food wasn't good I would have given it two stars. The place needs cleaning, looks degraded and the lighting is poor. And for some reason one of the checkout registers was credit only? This is a main eating location at the lobby of a large hospital. It should be clean and up to standard.

Almost all of the people in there are under trained. Mold in drink containers. Old guy wipes the counters then the cookie plates that are going to be used for new cookies with same towel. They make up prices if there’s no sticker. One guy just grunts at you. Some cashiers don’t even stand up straight or take their head of their hand leaning on the counter to check you out. Never any cups. So bad here.

Good food , hot coffee and soups, croissants, salads, wraps, donuts, aww convenient in hospital.. affordable price, friendly staff😊

Be careful with this place. I bought a bowl of Mediterranean chicken and rice. The one that comes in a black container and is kept warm next to the wraps. The thing cost me 8bucks!! And when i ate it, i felt a rotten taste, the veggies felt like they were days old. I took a closer look and i could see signs of molding. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. Never buying from this place again. Expensive for nothing!! Everyone be warned.

The staff are just going through the paces. I understand it's a busy place and all, but it's a customer service industry, a smile every once in a while would be nice. Food is somewhat overpriced for the lack of quality. All and all I'd suggest if you're a patient stick with the free food.
