Uno has been committed to the craft of pizza since inventing the "deep dish" in 1943. From our famed deep dish dough to our fresh toppings, only our love of pizza is deeper than our handcrafted pies.

Pretty much struggling with the slam. A lot of new staff, I'm sure they'll be back to 5 stars once everyone is trained up and more responsive. Good food, strong drinks. $$

We stood outside for 30 min today because they had a plumbing issue. Understanable they could not open but they left 25 people standing there without letting anyone know to go elsewhere as they did not open till 3:00. I asked Corey the manager if they offered compensation for any of us who waited for no reason other than lack of information. He told me no not really but would give a free appetizer if I came back. I thanked him. I will not go back. My company also had an unfortunate incident that made us close and I stood outside in the rain giving every customer who drove into the parking lot a $50 card for their inconvinence.

Food was GD..  didn't have shrimp skewers.. I live for shrimp skewers at the Uno's chain. But overall FD was great.

Finally tried Uno for the first time while visiting Boston.  The pizza - individual deep dish Chicago meat - could serve two.  It was good, but I don't think it lived up to the hype Chicago natives give it.
I started with a Boston clam chowder because hey, I was in Boston.  It was probably just canned, and served lukewarm.  Overall not a great experience, but it's a decent place. I would probably give it a second chance.
