This is a decent option for a sandwich when it's made the way you ask for it. On the expensive side but usually pretty good. Service is erratic and the prices seem to differ from visit to visit. Clearly a lack of supervision and organization. I myself do not eat self serve food anywhere where there are an abundant number of homeless people roaming around so I would be cautious of any food put out where you pick it yourself.

Service was bit slow but what made my visit really upsetting was the fact that while my wife and I were there, the young lady at the register asked another employee who was apparently new if he was Dominican (Dominican Republic). The guy made it very clear that he was not, all the while insulting Dominicans in a extremely vulgar manner. Using words and insults which I dare not type. The reason this made us feel uncomfortable is the fact my wife and I are both from the Dominican Republic. I chose not to be confrontational out of respect to my wife and the patrons but management needs to address this employees attitude and clear hatred for people from the Dominican Republic.

Small location but staff is effective and quick. Store is in a good location if you're in a hurry and want to pick up a snack for your commute out of Penn Station.

Stayed there for 4 hours today because their low-fat chicken noodle soup was SO GOOD omg............. Also they have free wifi, so that's def a plus. Things here are a little pricy but not bad.
