Came here to pick up some paint supplies as it wasn't wise to travel all the way to Lowes in a heavy snowstorm. Highly overpriced (as in twice as Lowes) for some basics like roller trays and small pails. Asking for some paint stirring paddles and "Betsy" the old lady at the front, was very unpleasant and rude. Unfriendly and seemingly disinterested. It was the same lady when I called in to see if they had a particular roller tray and was greeted by the older lady claiming that she was in the middle of something and that I needed to wait...why answer the phone then?!?!? What a b***h! They act like I'm stupid or something, trying to upsell me on a bunch of new tanks and junk... On my of my only two trips (NOT making anymore!) I was waiting about 10 minutes to get some help with propane tanks/fills. I have a masters degree and used to work as a general contractor... I probably know more about their own products then the senior citizen ladies working there!!!

I was looking for a specific item and did not know it was discontinued. The associate told me why it was and suggested the proper replacement item. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the price was right. I would go back anytime I needed an item from you store.

The people there are so genuine, friendly and helpful! They go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need, so you don't have to quess, go home, find out that you were wrong and have to make another trip back! Every time I check out, they offer to carry my things to my car. They remember your name and greet you when you enter. Chuck, the Manager, is very knowledgeable about what they have in stock. If it's not in stock, rarely, he quickly goes online and finds it for you. He also has assembled a really exceptional group of employees, who work together harmoniously and efficiently. Also, they have an easy reward system. After you buy a certain dollar amount, (I forget exactly how much, but it's not very much), you get a coupon for $5.00 off your next order. You don't even need to have the coupon on you to use it. They will look it up and you can use it that day! There are many may I help you's and smiles. Also, a little humor to put you at ease, especially if you're not exactly sure what you need or what something is called. It's refreshing to go into a store like this one! If you are looking for the usual, not being greeted when you enter, not even being acknowledged, no eye contact, no one that knows anything about the products they sell, how many they have or if they have them, not being offered assistance, and teenager's more interested in the latest gossip and their cellphone's, than the customer. Well, then this isn't the store for you, because you won't find any of that here! Refreshing and rare!
