I will never come back here again. In addition I will let my husband know never to come here again to purchase anything for me. I brought my son in here to buy something real quick and simple. Even just one flower would of been fine.... the lady behind the counter seemed kind at first but quickly shunned my son and I away not even knowing what we wanted. We weren't looking for some fancy arrangement! I couldn't even tell them what we wanted... then the ladies in the back were trying to tell me that I couldn't even get flowers at a grocery store.... anyhow I went to Heaven Sent flowers instead and got exactly what we wanted and I even ended up buying more! To turn a customer away not even knowing what they came in for in the first place is bad business and rude. The store was too cluttered anyhow with mindless junk I wouldn't even come back if the service was good. Too cluttered and extremely rude.

Now the shop is arguing with my review. Again bad business. I stand by what I said and my experience is described by exactly what happened. Again we weren't looking for homecoming flowers. We were looking for A single flower.

The flower arrangement we got, exceeded our expectations and even got extra flowers than shown on the website. We were supposed to pick up at 12 pm but came in 20 minutes early and they were all ready to go! We were absolutely satisfied with our order and highly recommend for anyone looking for a breathtaking arrangement.

Lisa was amazing! I called at 2:06pm to get a sameday delivery for a family member in Auburn. She asked a few questions and had the most beautiful Flower Arrangement delivered by 3:11pm. I have never experienced such incredible service without paying a fortune. Thank you so much for your help and superior service!! Lisa also followed up with a pic of arrangement. It was so nice to see what you are paying for which not only met but exceeded my expectations! Great Job!!👍🏻

I haven't gotten the flowers yet (they're set to be delivered tomorrow) but if they're anything like the customer service then they'll be fantastic! I spoke with Lisa, the owner, and she was incredibly helpful. She understood that I wanted to get my mom a nice bouquet but didn't know anything about flowers. She assured me that she'd take good care of me and that she would deliver at a specified time. Thanks Lisa!

I was a bit concerned when i read that substitutions may be made if the flowers in the picture weren't in season or the freshest, hoping i wouldn't get an arrangement that was completely different, but understanding certain flowers wouldn't be in stock. I was very pleased at the floral arrangement which was very similar to the picture. My grandmother is a retired florist, and i needed something that would impress even her, and this one did the job! I will definitely use their services again.
