I've used other florists before, and have seen some good arrangements here and there, but now that I've found Chico Florist, I don't use other florists anymore. This is because their arrangements are superb every time. I know when I see an arrangement I have sent that these people have a great depth of flower knowledge, that they have given thought to my purpose for sending flowers, and that the person I have sent them to has been impressed. I have a great deal of confidence in their ability to cater to their customers' needs with consistent and quality craftsmanship.

Chico is my hometown... So I like to send flowers to my family for birthdays & such... The freshness, price & quality is amazing... They are absolutely beautiful, My sister told me the arrangement I sent her lasted over 3 weeks! Amazing service... I called in at 11:30 and they had them delivered by 2:00 without any rush charges! 5 star rating!!! A+++!!!

I started a yelp account just so I could review this business.

My girlfriend arrived from out of town yesterday and Googled for a florist in Chico. She ended up here at Chico Florist. She had fun, friendly conversation and ended up with an AMAZING bouquet for ME.

I'm looking at it right now. The flowers are exquisite, the arrangement is spectacular, and I understand that the price was very good as well.

Now we will both be shopping at Chico Florist whenever we need flowers.

the staff at chico florist are where it's at! no matter what event i have going on i have always received top notch service and quality. the ladies there make long lasting, creative and colorful arrangements. whether it is wiring flowers for my gram's valentines birthday in Long Beach, Washington; hand delivering a bouquet and hair pins to my artists' cooperative's booth for a vend in golden gate park; or a local celebration i want to make festive i have never been disappointed. i'm always delighted to find flowers in the cooler that the owner has cut herself and incorporates into her designs!

So here's my story.

My mom graduated from college and is scheduled to walk with her class on friday. Im from the SF bay area and have to find a florist fast to get a flower Lei. After some calls I find Chico florist and they have 1 Lei left which they were more then happy to put a hold on it for me.

The mission: To get from the SF bay area to Chico Florist before they close @ 5:30. I call from Vacaville to see if im going to make it on time, the incredibly nice lady on the phone (krista i believe) says she'll keep it open if Im running a little behind! I managed to make it on time and get the Lei (which was beautiful btw). I couldnt believe how awesome the customer service was, even from an outsider like me. She even offered if I was running extremely late to give the Lei to another adjacent business that is open late, for me to pick up from them.

Phenominal customer service, is all I have to say!!! Thank god there are still some businesses that put their clients first.

This florist is the Best! My teenage son needed a last minute corsage for the prom. We had checked another store and they wanted double the price. Chico Florist made us a beautiful white rose & matching ribbon arrangement for $11. The florist shop was closing and they stayed open to help customers on a late Saturday afternoon, after hours.

They also did my flowers at my wedding, some years ago, and the owner got up early at the crack of dawn to ice pack my bridal bouquet. They gave us their ice chest to use since I had forgotten mine. Their flowers are fresh and fragrant and designed so beautifully.

My wonderful boyfriend has made a habit of buying me flowers from Chico Florist, needless to say I'm keeping him around. He usually picks the type of flowers and the ladies at Chico Florist get to work. The design is always gorgeous and the quality of the blooms are very high since they stay fresh in a vase for several weeks.

Last Valentine's day, I placed an order of a dozen individual Gerber daisies to give to my girlfriends. When I picked up the order, I was delighted to find that they were individually wrapped and designed with babies breath! Wasn't expecting that and it just goes to show how much pride they take in presentation.

Besides the quick, personalized service and beautiful final products, Chico Florist is a family owned and operated local business. Owners Krista and Matt are really awesome so it feels great to support them!

I've had the best experience at Chico Florist. The service was top of the line and my friend who I sent them to was so surprised and pleased after a rough day in her life. She thought the flowers were beautiful. I think that if anyone doesn't appreciate the thought involved in trying to make another person smile through the beauty of a flower...any flower for that matter, that the person must be completely self-absorbed-and doesn't deserve any type of flower to look at!
At Chico Florist, they even helped me write up a sweet note to go along with the bouquet and gave me a free delivery. I was impressed and so was my humble friend!

Florist to Florist Direct.... 2nd delivered, happy client!
We, (Deb's Flower Market) needed a unique florist out of our area of Pleasant hill California to Deliver an order for our very discriminating client. Chico Florist, Jan's Custom Flowers came through in flying colors. Chico Florist extended there professional skills for us with out a glitch! Flowers were as unique as our client, on time and beautiful!
