Auchinachie Services

Called on a Monday AM at 8:05AM,  They said it may be too busy but were pretty sure  they could get someone over.  Called back by 8:30 and had  Ray on the way.  He gave me 4 options.  I picked one that fixed a 30 year old repeating problem,.  Repair was Quality work,   no shortcuts.  Ray was friendly, respectful of the house, obviously experienced, good to work with.  This wasn't "your buddy next door "cost,  but you do get what you pay for.  I will now call no one else.

Excellent, very professional customer service from the first phone call to the completed job.  Ray Allen, the technician who did the work was extraordinarily helpful, informative, courteous and did an excellent job on my repairs.  I was impressed with him and the work he did and am so thankful for Auchinachie responding to my need so quickly.  Communication with everyone in this company is phenomenal and I will not hesitate to call again as they go above and beyond what is required.  Thank you!

Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident that he knew how to diagnose the problem. He also seemed to have a very good work ethic, and he tried to help with my plumbing issue as much as he could. Thank you for great service!

10-11-2017  Auchinachie is our "go to" company for any of our Heating and Cooling service needs. We have been a customer for over 10 years and have not been ever disappointed with their service. Ray and Tucker were very knowledgeable for what they do and they did a great job.  We really appreciate the professionalism of all the staff,

Our heat was not working and we needed it fixed immediately. They arrived the the same day we called them to conduct an emergency evaluation.  They had parts available and completed the repair within hours.  The service techs wore shoe covers when walking through the house, cleaned up after themselves well, and acted very professional.  We are very pleased with the service provided.
