Improperly installed a well pump that bangs and shakes violently. Clearly made aware of the situation, but they refuse to return calls to the office and owner’s cell phone. Extremely unprofessional!

I recently purchased a new home, and Piccirilli Plumbing and Heating offered a free courtesy home inspection. They showed up exactly when scheduled, and provided a thorough investigation of my new home. They pointed out both positive and negative. I was very impressed with the inspection, and followed up shortly thereafter for various plumbing services. The office staff has been tremendous, and extremely helpful with scheduling appointments, educating me about various coverages they offer, and assisting with all sorts of questions I've had. Thankfully, Ishmael was appointed as my technician, and I couldn't be happier. He's so helpful and kind. He genuinely has my best interest at the forefront of his mind. He is likely the most knowledgeable plumbing and heating representative I've ever come across. Thank you to the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Piccirilli, and I highly recommend them to myy friends and family.

The One Hour Promised, Was Three Hours Later. The Show Up At Door And Diagnosis Was Supposed To Be $79.00. Turned In To A $285.00 Estimate. Needed New Water Tank, Still Under Mfg.Warranty & Relight Pilot, Which I Already Told Them, I Had Done. I Found A Good plumber, That knew What He Was Doing, No Diagnosis Fee, To Find Out , A Bad Pilot Sensor. Fixed For $50.00 Basically , These Bad Guys , Show Up And Steal From You..Stay Away From Them.

John Piccirilli Plumbing installed a whole-house water treatment system in our home. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. We could not be more happy with our system. We will use only this company. Highly recommended.

Same experience as person below but worse. Performed a 700 dollar service on furnace early November and it didn't make it more than a month before soot was coming from exhaust. As expected pushed hard for a new furnace as that is what they go in looking to sell...the big ticket. Came out and scared my tenants by claiming 4x CO2 levels in house even though detectors never (working) never alarmed. Again, you need a new furnace. After turning off furnace for two months and using electric heaters I finally decided to get someone to look at it. This time I consulted and asked around. My parents in Windsor has always Beagells in Harpursville...said to be very honest and reliable. Apparently my nozzle was a 1.5 not the 1.0 it is supposed to be...BUT even more shocking was the nozzle pressure was set at 200psi!!! Double the 100 it is supposed to be. So double the fuel was being injected and burned...explaining everything. You can decide how this may have happened but I am pretty sure I know how. "You need a new furnace"
