Work carried out: To program a spare key fob that I purchased from eBay. 
Prior to commencing, Ricky the service tech guy at Audi who assisted me was prompt and very thorough in his explanation about the possibility that the aftermarket key fob may not even be programmable. He warned me of the risks and costs associated. None the less an attempt was made and unfortunately, the key fob wasn’t compatible. Ricky obviously cares about Audi’s reputation and providing good customer service that he not only waved the service fee to program a key fob ($105 ) but he even provided a complimentary car wash.
Result: Whilst they made no money with me on this service, moving forward I’ll be returning for every major service and they’ve just won a new customer.

This past weekend, I purchased an Audi A4 from Audi Marin. I had a great experience working with Chris Kassem. From the moment I walked into the dealership through car purchase, I was well taken care of. 

Chris was professional and patient. He spent a considerable amount of time in the car with me explaining how to use all the features and ensuring my systems were synced.

Audi Marin was by far the best dealership that I encountered during my car shopping experience.

Didn’t want to review but honestly they waste your time a lot. I was reading reviews in general and I saw someone review the same I felt so I believe there is a problem. First of off, they make it very very difficult for a first time buyer to buy the car. They want to sell the car but don’t want to either (that’s how I felt). They applied for a loan for me and got it approved but didn’t inform me at all. Accidentally I ended up in the same bank where my loan was already approved and got to know that they had applied and my loan was approved already but they don’t bother to call. Secondly, the day I was done with the financials, the employee at finance department told me that he will call me for the extended warranty I wanted to buy but this man would never call and kept on calling him for an update and he kept on giving me the excuses. ( well, I want to buy a product and I need to run after them which made me feel like I am the desperate one in need of Audi). Third, I have given one star and that is just because they have excellent inventory but to be honest they don’t have the right people to sell it. No warmth and no greeting. I wish this car was at Any other Audi dealership. I am really disappointed because of their service. I am an Audi Guy and the next car will be an Audi too but I hope that I dont meet the same faces for the next car.

Some of the worst service I've ever received anywhere. Saying they will call you back and never do, mismanaging of contracts resulting in tons of wasted time trying to get the car serviced. I feel totally ripped off.

Stephanie was professional, focused on what I wanted, helped me to negotiate around some issues and I drove the car home the same day.  No pressure, just assistance!  Extremely knowledgeable.  Great energy and positive person--spent a good deal of time doing a tutorial on the dash controls after the deal was closed.  Thank you!    Sandy W
