These guys are truly for the people! My mother and sister went in today to get my sister a car.  She got a great trade in for her car and an amazing deal on the used Corolla. My mother has been told by other used car dealerships in town that she had negative equity in her car and couldn't get a new car until she payed it off. She also left with a new car today,  they payed off her car and she got the car of her dreams! She was crying when she called to tell me.  Thanks Chuck and Tony for your kindness. They had such a great experience!

Staff members such as Chuck Barker (Finance), Tony Christiansen (Sales), & Krys Barnes (Service) embody the heart & soul of Customer Service.  They are the ones who keep our family loyal to Murray Holt. If it weren't for them, it would be like any other used car dealership.

Just recently purchased 2 vehicles from Tony K. First we purchased a 2013 Dodge and got treated very well and appropriately by Tony,  he heard our story, asked us questions and had a conversation with us. There was no pressure about the whole ordeal and everything was upfront. After the purchased we had some small issues, tires out of balance and a front right squeak, I called Tony and he told me to bring it in, they looked at both issues and got them fixed the same day. 
Our second vehicle, we sent them on a goose chase, gave them very strict parameters for a Jeep Wrangler for my wife. After about a week searching the entire western half of the states Tony produced exactly what my wife wanted. Chuck Barker (you know the Chuck for the people guy) gave me a very good deal on my truck that I traded in and even gave us a great deal on the Jeep, even after they sent a couple employees to go drive it back from Spokane. Again, everything was upfront and no hidden agenda there at Murray and Holt in Bend. 
Overall experience, Amazing! Great people, great atmosphere, Chucks ad doesn't lie. He really is for helping people get into better vehicles and take care of them after sale. Any car dealer can get you into the vehicle you want, but not every car dealer will help you with issues that come up after your purchase. 
Thank you Tony K., Chuck, Chris and Terry from maintenance, and the rest of your team.
