This is my 2nd time renting from them....but this time they had a 1/2 off 1st month rent sign up, I paid the full amount to one clerk. When the 2nd clerk came she said "you was supposed to give her 1/2. off" The 2nd clerk noticed I was renting a truck and suggested I can get the credit on the use of the truck. Well I didn't need the truck and asked for the half back. She said she had to talk to the manager. Later when I called she stated that the Mgr. said there was not way they could provide a refund. I then contacted the BBB (because I feel they should do the right thing, the sign clearly said 1/2 off the 1st month rental) They have not responded to the BBB. SMH...way to do business. But I'm not going to stop....because it is the principal of good businessl

We rented a UHaul truck with very short notice.  The owner/manager was very helpful and very friendly.  It was a blessing to receive such great customer service.  We would definitely do business with her again if the need arises.
