Cathy made my time renting here such a breeze. She was always kind and courteous on the phone and in person, and never got frustrated with me even after I called her several times over the same issue. Extremely accommodating and just all around excellent customer service. If I wasn't moving to Utah for school, I would have gladly continued my business here. I highly recommend this location!

I honestly think this is the best storage company in Augusta. Cathe the manager was very helpful with helping me decide which unit i wanted and made sure I left her store satisfied. The prices are great and are better than any other stores in the area. I recommend everybody to go here and if you got your stuff somewhere else, transfer it over to here. They even have a FREE TRUCK move in deal so you can grab your stuff from the other stores and bring it here. Thanks Cathe and Securcare for helping me out in such a bad time for me. My family loves Augusta already thanks for making it easy and cheap.
