Great quality pretzels and mini pretzel dogs. Our kids love them. I wish there was gluten-free option .
This place is the worst Aunt Anne's that I have ever gone to and I have been to many! The staff are rude and when they tell you that it's a 5 minute wait for 1 original pretzel is a lie. I waited 15 minutes for an original pretzel. They don't have any pretzels pre-made. This is a terribly managed Aunt Anne's. Do not recommend!
I've been here a few times now and had the same guy helped me each time. He is so friendly and he can have a fun conversation with anyone. Anyways, it's hard to find good employees lately. I will be back! Love the pretzels
I just wanted to grab a pick me up so I went to the Alderwood Mall foodcourt side Auntie Anne's. I ordered a large original lemonade and a cinnamon sugar pretzel, and wanted to use my reward coupon. The coupon wasn't scanning correctly but the cashier and one of the bakers, Mikey and Erin, helped me and patiently figured it out for me. When I got my lemonade, I accidentally knocked it over spilling on their counter and floor. I felt so bad but they kindly showed me to the napkins and refilled my drink for me. Mikey and Erin were super kind throughout the interaction, and they even complimented my outfit! The hype team I didn't know I needed! Their natural and friendly engagement made the wait for a fresh cinnamon sugar pretzel super short and enjoyable. I am one happy bean with a fresh-out-of-the-oven pretzel and tasty lemonade I love the crunchy airy ice too!
Thank you Anjelika R for the excellent customer service! I went in this evening before closing originally to get the bucket of pretzels. Unfortunately they were all out and I decided to buy four pretzels. She let me know that when you buy four, you get two pretzels for free. I didn’t know that, so thanks for pointing that out.
The pretzels are okay, especially during $1 Tuesdays: Very thin, usually luke warm, and overpriced if you buy at standard price. But it does satisfy that soft-pretzel craving! Unfortunately: 1 Customer service isn't good. I've yet to see anything related to a smile, not even a "I'm only smiling because I'm paid to" kind, and most interactions leave you feeling like an annoyance, not a customer. We were told it would be about ten minutes for fresh pretzels, and ultimately ended up waiting half an hour without so much as a "Sorry for the delay!". 2 On our last visit, none of the employees were familiar with the manager's special buy 3 pretzels, get 4th free. We were charged for the 4th pretzel-- no big deal, mistakes happen. But a $4 refund took the manager about ten minutes, and included us being asked for additional change. 3 Unhygienic! Employees were not wearing gloves or observed washing hands behind the counter before handling ready to eat food, and one was wearing long acrylic nails. And I dunno about the nails exactly, but I know the rest is in contradiction of a food worker's card in Washington state-- according to the state Department of Health, at least, but maybe the local health department in Lynnwood has different standards. Papers were used to retrieve pretzels from the hot case and bag them, but nowhere else were bare hands covered. We've enjoyed several visits at this location, but after our last trip I can't say we'll be coming back. You can accomplish a similar or better food experience by purchasing cheese sauce and soft pretzel rolls from QFC, and heating the rolls up for a couple minutes.
The locate them in a place where the smell of a freshly baked pretzel will follow you everywhere lol. So get one and take 5 minutes break/.
The fact that you have to tip here now is absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t a restaurant. I shouldn’t have to tip them to make a small soda and get a pretzel out of a warmer.
Nelson is the best soda poured 2018. The peak of pretzel salesmanship. I wanted a drink. He sold me a way of life. The Jalapeno pretzel. Game changer.
The guy cashier doesn’t know how to listen, we ordered the bucket of cinnamon sugar pretzels, the cashier pressed in his register, bucket of salted classic pretzels, my husband repeatedly said cinnamon sugar not salted, the cashier said yes and it’s going to be 7 minute wait, so we waited, he didn’t even gave us the receipt, when we got home in Lake stevens we got the Salted cinnamon.
