We are 130 space RV Resort right off I-5 at exit 278. Close to outlet mall shopping and historic Aurora, Oregon and its many antique stores.

Story

We are a Good Sam approved park with seasonal pool and free Wifi in our clubhouse. All sites are full hook ups; full hook ups include water, sewer, electric, and basic cable.
Our prices are as follows:
North Park (50 amp hookups)
$42.00 for a daily stay
$252.00 for a weekly stay
$455.00 (+ metered electric) for a monthly stay
South Park (30 amp hookups)
$37.00 for a daily stay
$222.00 for a weekly stay
$435.00 (+ metered electric) for a monthly stay

I spent 9 days here. Restrooms are clean, laundry room is clean and reasonable. I had a pull through space. It rained a lot so things were pretty soggy. Grass areas between spaces were more mud than grass where I had to walk. The staff is pleasant. I was able to fax something at the office. I wouldn't call it a resort though. It's just an rv park to me.

It's a good place to spend the night when passing through. Wouldn't want to live here because it's right next to the freeway. We do stay here for 2 months for work.

The only staff person who is nice and helpful around here is Juan, the matinence man. He is incredibly professional and very kind. Chris in the office is a nightmare. Her customer service skills are non-existent. Also, the water here is BAD. Neighbors had green sludge come out of their filters and faucets. My fiancé and I have been here for over two years and are VERY unhappy.

The people who own this place are greedy assholes who only care about profit margins. They aren't willing to make customers comfortable or happy. They stay in business purely because there aren't many other options around for short term/ long term stays in the area. Lots of tweakers, panhandlers, homeless people and heroin junkies hanging around there. And if you have an emergency there be prepared to wait anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour for the police to arrive. Just a bad area all together. Stay away from aurora period.
