Great place to stay but 50.00 per night is way too steep for anyone. And only the rich get to park monthly. Rv must be less then 10 years old

Great little park. Access to outlet mall, nice, clean pet areas, pool, and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to Elmer's, RB's, Jack in the Box, and the Woodburn Outlet Mall. Within 2 miles of Walmart Supercenter, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and Wells Fargo Bank. 12 miles from a Camping World store. We love the two pet areas. One is off-site and the other is walk-in. Both have the magic convenience of a pooper scooper nearby. No need for bags, just grab the scoop, toss the poop, and leave. We haven't used the beautiful pool but heard the sounds of people having fun. The laundry is great and accessible 24 hours via code. There is a dedicated site for vehicle washing which free. You can was your rig on your site for a reasonable $7 fee. We had our mail forwarded with no difficulty, just be sure to add your site number to the address. Lots of big rigs and good wifi. We'll be back.
