The doctors are good, but I can't say how many times I have called during normal business hours and have not been able to get through to anyone. No answer, no answering service, the phone just rings indefinitely. This has happened to me at least 10 times on different days, and is not an isolated incident. So if you're looking for a doctor you can actually get a hold of or make an appointment with, go somewhere else.

I was a patient here for the last 2 years, and have finally had enough. The first PCP I had - Dr Anderson - completely misdiagnosed a very serious problem I had. I say “misdiagnose” but in reality, she essentially said it was a phantom problem and not to worry about it. Two years later by slogging through tests and specialists I had to fight to see, I’ve been diagnosed with scar endometriosis, which is rare and painful but a very simple fix. The second doctor - Dr Klos - was terrific but has since left the practice. 

I’m not sure what the problem with this particular location is, but it’s a revolving door for PCPs. None of the competent docs stay long. I JUST tried to speak to a practice manager about options, and they can’t even connect me. Needless to say, I’m done. Do not waste your time with this practice. There’s really something wrong with a practice that can’t find and keep competent doctors in Whitefish Bay.

I see Dr klos and he's great but he wasn't in and I had to see doctor oleson who helped me with nothing called me a liar to my face and sent me away with no help with my problems an absolute p.o.s. he is and I shouldn't have to pay for his unless visit
