Usually they're great but today I took my son in for an appointment that I thought was at 7:45, I got him there on time.  The receptionist told me she'd already marked him as a no-show because the appt was at 7:30.  She didn't offer any alternatives except to reschedule in November.

My son just lost his DAD.  Even 15 minutes of talking to the therapist would have helped.  I can't believe they turned him away.
