Wow people on Google Reviews are whiny.
It's a good medical center. Have never had a bad experience there.
Just remember people; if you're at the ER or Urgent Care and you keep getting bumped it means that someone else is having a much much worse day than you are....

I have an appointment to see a doctor for a check up, enter in the address, GPS took me to the middle of no where, so I called them back, they blamed it on the GPS for giving me the wrong directions. Well I don't think so, Aurora Health Care provides the wrong address in a wrong city. I turned around got there 30mins later, the doctor  couldn't take me cuz I SCREWED UP. Well "SCREW YOU ALL" for giving out the WRONG INFORMATIONS.

Sleep Study for my wife.  She was treated very well and we were both well respected.  The results confirmed our suspicion.  She will be receiving more appropriate treatment now due to the results of a test well performed.

Actually had a wonderful visit with our primary doctor and her nurse! Although we may have had the worst experience with the woman who drew the blood in diagnostics. She was rude, cold and insensitive to us and don't believe I'll ever allow myself, or my family to have their blood work done at this facility ever again.

Do not go here. On more than one occasion I have been told an hour or more wait. This time only one other person was waiting. I was told 20-30 minutes, then there lunch arrived. Had a 9 month old with me. They came out to apologize that they were running behind. Waited an hour and 38 minutes and they come out. "Oh we are sorry we are going to have to take someone else in front of you. Can we call somewhere else for you?" Are you kidding me,  what so I can go wait at another Aurora for it to happen again. I am changing to another clinic with my primary and all care. This was last straw have had other issues here but always just let it go. Funny because others that were probably going to be taken in my place had been discussing it wasn't as bad as they thought and we're considering leaving. I guess I not as important.
