This is a fine place to go for a scheduled appointment.  It's nice that they have the urgent care/walk in service here, as it has X-ray imaging available and you can go from an appointment straight to your X-ray and back again without leaving. They also have a mini lab where you can come for bloodwork.  The staff will work hard to get you in for a scheduled appointment if you need to come in on short notice, and will arrange for you to see a different physician than your regular doctor if needed.

However, I have not had a lot of success with the walk-in/urgent care service in and of itself.   The hours are kind of weird (not open until 12:30 pm most days) and even if you wait until they open, changcs are there won't be anyone staffing it!! What the hell?  No doctors, no nurses.  So why say you are "open" for walk-ins?

Walk in, walk out.  Don't bother unless you have an appointment.  If you are in the Froedtert network and need urgent care, go to the Moorland Road location (at Moorland and Beloit Rd).  They are open from 7 am until 11:30 pm and are excellent.
