I would rate this a zero, but their is not an option for that. I had to rate a one star instead. Our bill was put into collections before we even received the first flippin bill. Really! Watch out with this place! The whole Bellin/Aurora company are blood suckers and DO NOT treat patients with respect, nor do they even care. STAY AWAY FROM AURORA!

I recently had a physical, my doc made me feel rushed, she would ask me if I had any concerns and before I would finish telling her she would interrupt me and tell me what we could do, it was almost as if she had to get me in and out of there in 15 minutes or less. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and prior to this she has been a great doc I am not sure what has changed. As a result of my last physical I ended up having surgery, now I have another issue, I was told I needed blood work done, no order was put in for the blood work, I called to schedule an appointment with the endocrinology department and they don't have anything until March 20 of 2017. My daughter recently had a physical as well, the doc told her she might have type one diabetes, to which my daughter responded I know I was diagnosed in 2008 with it. She stated oh I missed that in your chart. I feel like the doc is not reading charts, is rushing people in and out, not listening to what they need, or their concerns, offers solutions without listening to the entire problem. The care at this location has really gone down hill.

This morning I had an appt for my 2yo. I knew I was going to be late so I called to let them know. They said if I was there within 10 minutes it would be fine. I got there right on time and had to wait in line for the receptionist. After waiting a few minutes they acknowledged I was there and told me that it was after the 10 minute time so I had to reschedule. There was NO ONE else in the building! Still over 20 minutes left in our appt slot. I'm so disappointed. I have been going there for over 6 years and now due to the lack of respect and having driven 30 minutes for the appt with 2 of my children, I am in the market for a new pediatrician! I hope the dr appreciates her extra half hour break while my daughter is sick and has to see a complete stranger! I understand being late but I called and was told it was fine. I followed everything they told me to do and was still treated like crap. Their care has gone down tremendously in the past few years! :(

I told my doctor my medication wasn't working for me and her recommendation was to stop all my meds. The last two times I started taking my meds, the adjustment period was very difficult to handle. I failed a semester in school and stayed in the hospital for a week, almost lost a job. So dealing with another adjustment to meds from the beginning would be extremely unhealthy. My visits always felt so rushed and impersonal.
