I cannot understand the person who claimed that everyone at Kaukauna Clinic was rude to their family.  I have been a patient there for about three years, and everyone I have ever dealt with has been completely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly.  I would highly recommend Dr. Tim Culligan, his nursing staff, as well as the front and back office staff, Lab Techs, and Reception staff and all Clinic personnel to anyone looking for a local doctor.

Fabulous clinic!  The doctors, nurses, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and support staff are all very friendly and knowledgable.  I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Don't waste your time at this clinic. I had one doctor mis diagnose me. Even I knew what I had. Then I switched doctors. The doc Jennifer Schoening is a real piece of work. I came in one day, said I want to quite smoking. She prescribed me the patch. My insurance actually pays for the patch 100% because quitting smoking is great!! Well she gave me a prescription for the step one patch. But nothing for the step two. I called in asking if she could send over the prescription to CVS. She said no. I would have to come in and see her. My co-pay is $40, I could buy the patch over the counter for $39! Why would I spend more and waste my time to go see her? She obviously does not care about my well being. She only wants to bill my insurance and get paid. NOT help you! The only good doctor there is Dr. Warener. (Spl?) problem is, he is usually at least 4 weeks out for an apt. If you want to go to a clinic with low moral, and uneducated staff!  Jennifer Schoening.... thanks for nothing

Avoid! Worst experience ever. Our entire family came here and they always were rude, very slow and had issues with our insurance. Head to affinity or appleton, it's worth the drive!
