Staff is helpful when you are looking for stuff, hours become odd later in the school year. They offer an okay pricing for buybacks. It seemed to be slightly more than the other book store around the corner when I compared prices, but of course the prices online are always better. It's good in a tight bind when you need a book right away. The usually have a good amount of used books to choose from.

I've used them in the past when I was enrolled and came in to look for a book and ask a question and the customer service sucked. If I were new to the campus and program, I wouldn't want to be helped by those there today. Great facility, mediocre staff.

Where the simplicity is there, the bookstore has strange return policies. I rented a book and then realized it had water damage, the person behind the desk said it would be fine, then when I went to return the book, they rejected it due to water damage. Also, they won't allow payment over phone or even have an online pay for rentals feature. I rented a book from Bevos (next door) and they were far better with return policies.

I've spent some semesters at ACC, changing and re-changing my major... But throughout each class I've had- if I can't find a book elsewhere, they usually have it here. And the staff is always helpful. Just when I start believing I've missed my chance, they find what I'm looking for. And usually it's used so I don't have to pay full price.
