Absolutely amazing place! The blond lady at front desk was so nice and helpful when I called on the phone and then again so nice and helpful once we arrived and throughout our visit. The nurses and techs were great, Dr was so comforting and easy to talk to, and they took great care of my kiddo when we were in a panic! They also called to follow up the next day and set us up a referral. Would highly recommend and so thankful for this great place.

The care I received was top notch, however the billing is strange. My insurance has been billed twice totaling $2355.94. All that was done was a strep test, a diagnosis of bronchitis and a doctor's note for 1 day off from work. My vitals were taken and I was asked a lot of questions. This would have been less than $300 at an urgent care facility, which I would have gone to except that they were all closed by the time I got off from work. I have not received my final bill from my insurance and the first charge of $1720.69 has not been paid by my insurance yet. This is a huge concern for me and the facility was not forthcoming with the amount I was to be billed. If they had been, I would have just waited until the next morning and gone to an urgent care facility.

This was my first time visiting a private ER, and I am thrilled with the level of service we received. It was a pleasant experience, despite the fact that my nerves were a little frazzled. My daughter was experiencing an allergic reaction, and though I was nearly a wreck, everyone in the office was eager to help and very knowledgeable. They also made sure we were both comfortable. I was pleased that the check-in process and wait time was very short. They even called us the next day to make sure my daughter was responding well to treatment. I would definitely visit them again in the future.

The staff was courteous and understanding. They presented upfront information pertaining to procedures, insurance etc. I was seen and treated immediately. I would like to extend a thank you to the doctor and to the staff. This is a private facility and they don't honor certain insurance policies. As a Veteran, I would like to see Tricare Medical insurance accepted. Overall, my pain was treated.

I love this ER. I came in for an abscessed tooth. They took great care of me. Bedside manners were awesome. The young lady who got my information was very sweet and compassionate. The nurse who gave me my shots was very gentle and walked me through everything. And my doctor was just as great. Dr Kelley referred me to 2 dentist in case one couldn't see me asap. To the nurse and receptionist im sorry I didnt get your names but please keep up the good work.
