Dr. Ha is very patient, understanding and non judgmental. She is very knowledgeable and seeing that she is not only the one doctor on staff but also takes duties as receptionist and insurance dealer. She always picks up the phone and is very friendly, and will work with you and your insurance company to make sure you don't get screwed. I highly recommend her, and she takes insurance and prescribes buprenorphine without judgement.

Condescending and rude - doesn't have any staff because she's too cheap to hire anyone and apparently isn't busy enough to warrant hiring anybody - I'm not surprised.

She has always been a nice lady and a tremendous doctor. She has been a big help to me, I highly recommend her!

Terrible doctor, doesn't know what she is talking about and very rude. She seems like the type of doc that reads around WebMD trying to find your problem.
