After dealing with this company for over 11/2yrs ,for wound care supplies with only one problem with the wrong supplies,I called an order in 3 days ago and was informed they needed a new prescription, that was fine.I get a call this morning saying they got a verble and was shipping out the order.five hrs later I get a call from mi...... (you know who you are),telling me I missed my last Dr appointment  and they would not fill it,I go to Dr every 2 weeks and went on vacation,when I tried to explain that I was HUNG UP on.I called Dr back and they assured  me the script was faxed .I call Austin back asked to speak to mi*****,again and tried to tell her the script was faxed HUNG UP ON AGAIN now I'm hot.I call back again and asked to speak to her supervisor said she didn't have one I insisted, she transferred me to do***,who said she was part owner(don't believe it),so she says she has to call Dr ,well don't you know that 5 min later got a call everything is ok with script,(hmmmm).I told her I thought I deserved an apology  from mi*****,she says I will do it for her AND HUNG UP!!! Absolutely  the worst c/s for a company that deals with patients all day!!!!
