The people at this CVS/Target have always been very helpful. They go out of there way to help me as I have a diabetic dog, it’s expensive and they always help in finding coupons and supplies, at the lowest possible price. Plus they are always nice. It’s hard when you get purchased by a rival company and you get a new employer thrusted in you. Give them a little space the are great people.

I came in first time today (7/13).  The lady was taking care the entering seemed to have question or in the hurry.  She asked the other to take it over & they either didn't hear her or ignore her.  So finally Lady Val came over.  They were discussing & seemed there was an issue.  So I told Lady Val that I could come back later to pick it up.  Her response: you got to be patient with us if you want your medicine."  WTF, really?  Are they going to hold the medicine hostage?  There are plenty pharmacies with better attitude out there.  Unbelievable.

CVS pharmacy sucks, bring back Target pharmacy! I went to pick up my medication like every month, when I get there for pick up they tell me my medication is $570?! I said no its $1.. They argued with me until I got a manager to run my insurance again and wouldnt ya know it, i owe $1 like I told them over and over again... Never had this problem with Target pharmacy EVERRRRR

The customer service is slow even though there's always multiple people back there. It's disorganized and there's a much longer wait IF you get your prescription at all. It's a week after my prescription was put in and all I've been able to get is a partial of five pills out of thirty. I had to ask my doctor to change the pick-up location. Definitely miss the old pharmacy.
