very poor, if i could only give less then a star. we where customers for 15 or so years we decided to cancel to go to usaa auto insurance so we called up our state farm to cancel 5 a few weeks before our due date.  they still charged our bank account $181.41 then a month later sent us a check for $79.86.  they said its because our polices had different starting dates but... when we brought our cars we ALWAYS had to back pay a month in advance to get insurance.  I personally think St FARM is just a rip off in general!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING STATE FARM, AND I HOPE YOU LOOK ELSE WHERE LIKE USAA, FARMERS INSURANCE OR ANYTHING BUT START FARM!!!!!
