Great service! They had me in and out in one day, recharging my freon, replacing the compressor, and something else I don't remember. When I had a problem with one of the valves (manufacturing defect), they immediately fixed it at no cost to me. Their price was about half what I was quoted at the dealership, and it's working like a dream.

Fast, efficient and friendly. And they took care of extended warranty paperwork and payment. Great at what they do.

I showed up on 08.25.2017 right at 4pm, an hour before they close. I was greeted at the door by a mechanic, his name is Matt, and he ushered my truck and I to the furthest bay. Plugged up, checked everything out, charged the system and got my AC going before 5pm. Maybe I got lucky, but I received excellent immediate service, a reasonable price and a smile the whole time. If you need AC work done I highly reccomend Auto Air of D'Iberville.

The customer service here is horrible starting with the owner or manager. Take my car for an air repair and when I get to pick it up I find my rearview mirror fallen and I ask him what happened to the mirror??  and the Mr. said that happens all the time to the old cars, that I had to buy a glue and that all,  I already pay the air repair bill but I visibly annoying, I go to the car and I do not find the metal piece to fit the mirror I go into the office again and I ask for the piece and the annoying Mr. goes to check the car and by magic is in the pocket of the door I ask him and how the piece arrived there??? He made a story of how could have fallen there, well I proceed to call a lawyer friend and I explain my situation, and he tell me that anything happen to the vehicle in his workshop is his responsibility, I go into the office again and I say that I will make a stop payment to the bank and he tell me if you stop the payment I will remove the piece that I put in your car and I said yes are you was crazy, I respond waited for my in the court, I had recorded everything with my phone and he says that he did not care if I called the cops, it's in the court that I'm going to see you, and after a long discussion he sends me to a nearby place where they fix a mirror and they fixed it at no cost. Never be stupid and always demanded yours rights, was his responsibility and had to respond for it. Horrible did never leave a vehicle of mine there, very irresponsible.
