I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH GULFCOAST FIRESTONE FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE A FAMILY ORIENTED BUSINESS. THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEMSELVES IS PROFESSIONAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH THEM FOR ALL OF MY VEHICLE REPAIR NEEDS.

Very Nice!!.. I have always trusted my autos to these folks and I have NEVER  been disappointed.  I have been a customer for 12 years and I will never go anywhere else.  Nice job Guys!!

Everytime I call to see if they can do an oil change they say come in we can get to right away, I get there and like 3rd in line. This has happened many times and is complete waste of my time. I had a tire changed today that I thought was a simple 10 minute process because once again I called ahead and they said it would be quick and easy but sure enough I waited 40 minutes because my car was done but no one told me so my keys just sat on the counter. The place is cheap and has a nice lounging area and typically customer service is pretty good but being told they can get something done right away and it not being done right away is pretty frustrating.

Please don't be deterred by coming here because of the vicious reviews people have left attempting to destroy this business. ONE person received bad service and now their friends and family are ganging up and posting bad reviews, where they are clearly stating that their review is based on their friends experience and not their own! That's shameful and Google should remove them! I'm an actual customer here and I have been for years. They do all the work to my car and I wouldn't dare take it anywhere else. Gulf Coast Firestone bends over backwards for their customers. They even make arrangements for you to get a ride to and from the shop if they need to keep your car and you have no other means of transportation. I've shared the lobby with customers of all shapes, sizes, and colors and have never seen them treat anyone badly. People trying to destroy a hardworking family business because of ONE person's ONE bad experience and comments made on social media that they even openly admit and acknowledge were NOT made by the owner or any of the employees, should be ashamed of themselves. They treat customers like family and it's a warm, welcoming place. You'll be served coffee and good conversation if you like, and are not just another $ in the register. The people are kind, the service is dependable, and I will continue coming here in spite of the (unfair and unmerited) bad press.
