I've had my car hit twice within the span of three months. The first time progressive sent me to them and I was not disappointed. They were very courteous and had my car ready within a week. Not only was my car looking brand new, but they even washed it! When my car got hit again i was given my choice of body shop. I knew right away that I wanted them to fix it! They remembered me and were still very friendly. The damage was minimal, so I got my car back within three days. My car looks brand new again, especially with the wash they gave it! If you have an accident and need to find a body shop, these are your guys😊

This was my very first accident, as a young lady I was very worried about being pushed around or "cheated" on my repair by any shop because I am a female, when I walked into this shop I was directed and instructed by two young ladies full of knowledge about cars and the repairs. Then the manager Chris came out reviewed my car and instructed me with the same information the ladies gave me, i knew at that point I was in good hands still a little concerned about the repairs. HOWEVER after 4 days of my vehicle being at the shop (even know the insurance company told me 7 days) the vehicle was not only done early it looked brand new again. I highly recommend this shop and their fully knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately for me, I have had to have 3 cars wrecked in the last 5 months ( NONE my fault, I'm not that  bad a driver ) . On the 1st  SUV, there was a  slight problem with some of the clips for lower bumper after I got it back. When I notified Chris he told me to bring it back in, they  fixed it perfectly with OEM parts. The other two cars were done to perfection. The office staff of Christina & Michelle have been friendly, courteous & very efficient.  I would go there again for any of my auto needs.

Don't use this business.  I took my car there and told Chris that I wanted it brought back to as much 'like new' condition as possible.  We went around the car and looked at scratches and dings.  He said, "No problem".  We can buff those out and fix everything so it's perfect.  He was very confident that the car would be perfect.  Well...he had the car for 3 weeks.  When I picked it up it still had scratches on the driver's side and what he 'said' were rust bubbles on the roof that weren't there when I brought the car in.  I know because I hand washed and dried the car myself just before bringing it to him.  I take great care of my car, would have seen these defects, and since he knew I wanted the car perfect, why didn't HE see these in the three weeks he had the car and call me to talk about them.  In addition, the hood was only half buffed out so most of it was still rough and the rest was like glass.  He'd quoted my between $2200 and $2500 for everything.  Of course it came to just over $2500.00.  I needed the car right away so I brought it back 2 weeks later to have everything fixed correctly.  When I told him what needed to be done right, he started yelling at me that these things weren't in the original estimate and would cost more.  No way would I give him more money.  He finished the hood buffing but did nothing about all of the scratches that were supposed to be taken care of for the $2500.00.  This entire experience was horrendous, this business took my money and did not did not perform the work they said they would do.  My advice would be to find a reputable business that stands behind their work and will actually do what they say they're going to do.  They now have my money and my car still needs work.  A total rip-off!  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.  Run to someone else and get your work done right and in a timely fashion.  By the way, they assured me that they stand behind their work 100% and would address all of my concerns when I brought the car back to be made right.  They lied.  Again, a horrible experience.  Don't make the mistake I made.  Find someone else you can trust.

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company and I had an excellent experience. The girls in the office were very nice and friendly. The repair work was spot on and I would definitely recommend this shop to any family and friends in the future.
