At first I was getting very frustrated because there were so many delays due to my insurance company and claim, but that was to be expected. However, every single time I called to check up on my vehicle, which were numerous, Tristan was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. I loved the text message updates by the way!! He was always very patient with me even when I became very frustrated. When I finally was able to get my vehicle you couldn't even tell where the damage was. As an added bonus they even detailed the inside of my vehicle, which it needed very badly. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely do business here again in the future, BUT hopefully I wont have to!!  :)  Thank you so very much!!

Took my impala to get fixed after an accident. When picking up the car it was poorly painted the manager Blake said "Oh it'll buff out". It didn't he buffed so much it went through the clear coat. We then got a lot of rain and the car began to rust. Took the car back to be fixed (agreed upon) and they still did such an awful job there is literally dirt in the paint and clear coat. They scratched the complete opposite side of my car and had to repaint that side. Went to pick up the car the second round and I was told "We're not touching it again"... Save yourself the hassle don't bother with them.
Update: had work done by this company 3 months ago, went to go get routine oil change, alignment, tire rotation, and things of that nature before a lon road trip. Needless to say I have mismatched tires THAT THEY HAD PUT ON. Now I have uneven wear and have to replace all four tires. Again don't waste your time with them.

Tristan and Maggie were super helpful with the process! Tristan was awsome with all of my phone called regarding the completion and finalizing the claim on their end. My car came back cleaner then when I dropped it off :)  and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the work befor I left I would deffintly recommend Autocraft to anyone in need of auto body repairs.  So professional and treat you like a person not a paycheck! Thank you autocraft!

They did an excellent job,  kept us up to date and repaired my vehicle early. The staff was polite and understanding to my schedule. I will be recommending them to anyone needing body work.

They originally told me it would be two weeks to replace two panels on my car. Then they called my insurance company out there to fix a different part of the car that I did not hire them to fix. This delayed my repairs and they did not even touch my car for the first week. Then I had to call daily to check on progress to make sure that they were even working on it. I got my car back a week late. While I was looking at the repairs I saw that they had fixed my door panel which I didn't want repaired. Also they left my car with all of my doors unlocked in their parking lot facing a main street. Also, my center consul was full of oil which had soaked my pen and a few other things and also my phone when I set it down. They didn't even try to clean up the mess they made. I would never recommend their service to anyone else.
