It was a two (2) day process, and I dealt primarily with a saleswoman by the name of India. I will say that she stayed engaged from start to finish, and ensured that my experience was smooth and enjoyable. She was patient and very diligent when it came to locating quality vehicles that fit my specific criteria. She was very helpful and detailed in selling the pros and cons of each vehicle. Once I narrowed my selection to 4 cars, she handed it over to Kristina and the Sales Manager (Eric). Kristina really worked the phones for securing approval with the financing companies, keeping my down payment relatively low and my monthly payments reasonable. Eric sealed the deal and did an excellent job in stressing the value of the comprehensive warranty. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with them, and left very pleased to have done business.

Place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Went in asked for financing on a 2009 with 60,000 miles. They wanted $4,000 down but said they would sell me a corrolla that was $14,000 for $2,000 down. Okay so I saw a Tahoe for $14,600 and say how about this with $2,000 down. No we want $7,500. Makes no sense the cars were practically same price. Well the bank only wants to sell you a corrolla they don't care about price. So I said well the bank isn't buying the car. No car dealer makes up down payments on a whim based on the car you choose. You just want to get rid of that Toyota because something is wrong with it. They try to trap people with bad credit in all the bad cars that are breaking down and sell the decent cars to people who have financing choices. So beware your better off paying cash. They are trying to put you in something that's going to break down!!!!!

Had a great experience here after a tough time at a previous place. Needed a vehicle fast that would accommodate my Atlanta daily commute, but also my big family. Achieved both of those at a great price with full warranty, decent mileage and good service. Can't ask for much more.

Well as a person who swore to never buy from a used car dealer and a no haggle dealer I decided to eat some crow and it was delicious. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted to buy and pricing. I wasn't getting prices I wanted in my area but I found a 2013 Ford Taurus at this dealer 3.5 hours away from my home. Price was good and after a few emails back and forth I decided it was worth the drive to see it. Even though my salesman (Josh) was a novice he did a very good job and I didn't feel pressured at all when I got there. I couldn't find the same car for a better price and they treated me very well. His manager (Eric) made sure everything was going well and the paper work was super quick. They even talked me into a basic warranty which I probably didn't need but it will make me fell better for the next 2 years. Josh just needs to learn a little more about the cars he is selling (I actually knew a lot more about it, but I am a car guy) and he will do well in this business. I did miss the haggling but I did get a nice key chain! WIN!!!! I love my car and I am glad I made the 7 hour journey. Thanks guys!
