Today I purchased a vehicle from US Auto Sales and it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Kearney, was fun, energetic, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. We had a couple of hiccups but Kearney never let me see him sweat. I would recommend US Auto Sales to ANYONE. And you can use me as a referral 😉

Bryon Jones was the salesman and he was really good. Attentive and tried to make sure my daughter got a car that she liked and could afford.

Sadly they say whatever to get you in. I drove my mother over 1 hr. after texting a sales guy named Evon. He texted me all these nice cars the previous day before our visit. Even after I gave him our budget he said these are the cars my mom would qualify for. Well, we arrived they had nice cars. But it was not the price promised. HE LIED! After I asked him about the price we talked about he said it's up to financing, he can't tell me the exact numbers. Remind you this is a buy here pay here lot so they use the same formula with all their customers. Smh I figured that because he said all the cars could have a $888 pick up payment. He then showed us a old honda fit for a college student. We left. We won't return. I'm very dissatisfied! He's also in love with his cell phone, he stayed on it while we were talking. Very unprofessional.

I've never had an experience like this ever in life. I had no choice but to purchase a car through this company because I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I had 5 days in a rental, so I had to make a decision fast. The salesman was good..he helped me look for a car in my price range. I paid almost 2000.00 for a down payment and a very high bi-weekly payment. Not even 2 weeks of having the car..the gas gauge doesn't work and the driver side door won't open from the inside. I was told to bring the car to the service center...just for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with my gas gauge. If I full my tank and drove 250 miles..you would think the gas gauge would move..right? I guess I have the world's best MPG.The people at the service counter needs to take a few Client service classes. The attitudes are horrible. It's almost as if you are bothering them. If I paid my money for a service..I expect to have SERVICE..Sitting in the waiting room hearing all these stories from other customers(with drive out tags still on their cars as well)makes me feel like this was a very bad idea to purchase with this company.

Purchased a car at us auto sales in Lawrenceville, the car has been in for service 3 times! For the same problem. Had to cancel plans because it was still not ready to drive before Memorial Day. If I could give the car back I would! wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car there. 

Car is back in service been in for a week now, received a call that the wrong parts were orders and it will take longer. Getting rid of car when service is complete, Service department very unorganized.
