Michael was great! Got my car in and out in a week and dealt with the claim adjuster. He covered my deductible and rental - how cool is that? Above all, great integrity and an amazing job. Definitely great customer service. I highly recommend him to complete the work excellently and to do an honest job. The job was done so well that I had him do my other family members' cars.

highly recommended! i had hail damage on my vehicle from 08/30 and I saw the h2 hummer all wrapped with their logo and I thought it was the coolest i've seen, but that doesn't always necessarily mean they do good business.  So I checked them out online and they had an A rating with the BBB and I read some great reviews and decided to give them a call.  Got my vehicle repaired quickly and can't even tell there was ever a dent on the vehicle.   Highly recommended to anyway that needs hail damage repair!

Extremely unprofessional business with some serious bait and switch tactics.

Website advertises 15+ years of experience for their techs. When I was at their shop I inquired with the techs and neither had anywhere near that much.

Damage was done to my vehicle while under their care that is clearly due to an inexperienced tech which they assured me they would resolve. Instead they tried to get paid from my insurance and have since gone unresponsive.

Communication has been horrible at best since the beginning of this experience.

Filed dispute with BBB, and it looks like I may have to pursue legal action...

I got my car fixed without paying my deductible and it looks great.  The "Guys" were professional  and trustworthy.  I would recommend them to anyone.  KS

I recently took my 2013 VW Passat to these techs due the hail storm in August.  There were probably several hundred indentations on the hood, trunk, side and roof of the car.  I saw the Auto Hail Repair Guys Hummer H2 on Dempster so I gave them a call.  No strings attached…

1. They pay for up to $500 of your deductible
2. They pay for the most economical rental car through enterprise
3. I did not pay anything out of pocket

They specialize in paintless dent removal for the hail damage repair.  I wish I took before and after pictures of the car.  I really cannot tell any difference from before the hail storm. 

Overall the repair process was excellent.  I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time and they handled the insurance process.  The interior was put back together and I feel like if I had any issues Mike would take care of it.  Their facility specializes in dent repair and it’s really no nonsense.  I guess that’s how they keep the costs low.  So far the work looks great.  DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY’S.  AN ACT OF GOD/NATURE DOES NOT GO AGAINST YOU.  Thanks Mike!
